I've got a branch that removes all of the extra explicit calls to
`Facter.loadfacts` that were in Puppet. They're no longer needed with Facter
>= 1.6.0, since they were trying to make sure that facts that didn't match
their file name were available.
It's a bit of a shot in the dark, but you can try it out in my branch up on
GitHub.
