Issue #11096 has been reported by Zach Leslie.

----------------------------------------
Feature #11096: Add --quiet to 'puppet inspect' for use with cronjob

The cronjob for baseline reports look like the following.

# Puppet Name: report_baseline
PATH=/opt/puppet/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin
0 20 * * * puppet inspect

For users that have email sent to useful places, even when there are no errors,
the message is still sent to email:

notice: Finished inspection in 3.02 seconds

There should exist an option to quit this down if nothing problematic was
detected.
