That should be `facter fqdn`, which will do the right thing, portably.  
(Seriously.  If it is broken, and other tests break in consequence, we can live 
with that. :)

Windows doesn't support hostname -f, so the two acceptance tests that use it 
will emit a warning when run on a Windows agent, and skip to the next agent. 
When this bug is fixed, those tests should be re-enabled.
