Issue #13326 has been updated by Pieter van de Bruggen.
This looks like it will still be a problem when installing modules whose metadata uses the `versionRequirement` style... ---------------------------------------- Bug #13326: [Geordi] Support 'versionRequirement' in module dependencies https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/13326#change-58236 Author: Pieter van de Bruggen Status: Merged - Pending Release Priority: High Assignee: Kelsey Hightower Category: Target version: Affected Puppet version: Keywords: geordi v1 Branch: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/tree/geordi A reasonable subset of the releases on the Forge (and, ostensibly, on local filesystems) use `versionRequirement` instead of `version_requirement`. We've found where the discrepancy came from, and the project's maintainers have agreed to change their code. In the mean time, we should honor their intent until such time as we've formally deprecated the mistake and provided a migration path. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
