It regressed handling of "templatedir = $confdir/templates" because of the way in which hooks and application defaults are handled. It also broke rspec-puppet (and probably others) because of changed handling of nil in settings. Add Comment   Puppet / PUP-665 Select a section "puppet config set <setting>=<value> --section agent" sets "setting=value" in the [agent] section of the puppet.conf file. "--section" should default to "main". "puppet config print <setting> --section agent" reads the "agent" section's value for the setting.
