I do not argue that all possible ways to break this are our responsibility. I am arguing that it's trivial to ensure against breakage. If yum works from the command line, so should puppet. Nothing which doesn't break yum should break puppet. This refactor removes yumhelper.py and moves the functionality into the Yum provider in puppet.
