I will rework the API for Resource and Class type parameterizations as per what we agreed on above. See no harm in keeping the flattening semantics. This was something I discussed with a couple of users in Ghent. It is being used when they get resource names from multiple places e.g. File[$a, $b, $c], where each of the variables is an array.
