We simply didn't see this before, because we were dropping failed catalog compiles/runs so we never got to see the state of these variables in our code. Basically only successful catalog runs/transactions were stored in PDB, but now we're working on PDB-16 we see the fault. So its a new unsurfaced whibble, but I believe totally fixable. I'm working on a proper patch atm, I can show you the results when done. Looking at various other patches around this it looks like at least the environment was intended to appear here but the existing code doesn't achieve this. transaction_uuid on the other hand I believe was just never ...
