If you upgrade to -current you'll have Puppet 3.6.2. Anyways, CVSweb is indeed sub-optimal, or heck, cvs in general even...however if you checkout the `OPENBSD_5_5` tag, you'll have the sources that built the 3.4.2 package for OpenBSD 5.5. If you're tracking -current then you can omit checking out a specific tag and just look at the REVISION in the Makefile if that matches the 'pN' part of the package name.
