Jira (PUP-3068) 'basemodulepath' doesn't expand relative path elements correctly

Eric Sorenson updated an issue   Puppet / PUP-3068 'basemodulepath' doesn't expand relative path elements correctly Change By: Eric Sorenson Setting {{basemodulepath}} to a list of directories, some of which are not absolute, ought to expand the paths relative to the environment root ; instead it appears to expand them relative to the current working directory . This is necessary because environments may live in one of several {{environmentdir}} elements. So the potential locations for a module is a matrix product of {{environmentdir}} elements * {{basemodulepath}} elements.
