Adrien Thebo commented on an issue   Re: facter clobbers LANG env var for other threads According to https://github.com/puppetlabs/facter/pull/670#issuecomment-46470749 we don't support Facter in a multithreaded environment; it simply doesn't have the necessary locking to operate in a safe manner. Until Facter does make guarantees about threading, it's risky to add partial support for concurrency. When Facter can run concurrently we can revisit this; I'm going to temporarily close this issue until then.
