Add Comment   Puppet / PUP-2015 Identify and fix test slowdowns on windows The merge of the master branch into the stable branch for the 3.5.0 release showed a significant jump in the time it took the spec tests to run in Jenkins (~9 minutes to ~20 minutes). There is also a noticeable upward trend in the runtime of the spec tests on the master branch.
