When processing the command, it uses the query API to get the hashes for that entity, then uses the existing procedure to find what’s out of date. This style of sync is preferrable when we have to rebuild PDBs from scratch. Post a ‘pull from remote host’ command locally for each entity May want to increase the number of queue workers Make sure that only one sync is processed at a time for each (host, entity) tuple.
