Michael Smith updated an issue   Facter / FACT-982 Warnings about not being able to resolve custom facts with --no-custom-facts Change By: Michael Smith When running (c)facter with {{--no-custom-facts}} it still prints the following warning on the CLI: {code} 16:04:43 ~/D/g/f/release (master) $ bin/facter --no-custom-facts --no-external-facts 2015-05-09 16:05:06.639841 WARN  puppetlabs.facter - could not locate a ruby library: custom facts will not be resolved. {code} I'm explicitly asking it not to load custom facts or external facts, it should not throw a warning about not being able to load custom facts because it can't find a Ruby library. This problem is resolved with two changes * the warning when using {{ \ --no-custom-facts}} and no Ruby present will be changed to be more specific; {{ \ --no-custom-facts}} doesn't disable the {{ruby}} structured fact. * adding a new option, {{--no-ruby}}, that avoids loading Ruby completely and disables the {{ruby}} structured fact.
