-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all
We have made the move from Trac to Redmine. Redmine is a fully featured and rich ticketing and project management system. You can find information about Redmine at http:///www.redmine.org. You can find help documentation at http://www.redmine.org/guide. The new ReductiveLabs.com Redmine instance is available at: http://reductivelabs.com/redmine/ An important caveat! We have not yet moved all components. * So what has moved? 1. Ticketing. 2. Repository Browsing We have disabled access to the Trac ticket creation functions to prevent new tickets being raised in Trac. So please log all tickets at the new Puppet and Facter sites! The new project specific sites for Puppet and Facter are: http://reductivelabs.com/redmine/projects/show/puppet http://reductivelabs.com/redmine/projects/show/facter Most of the other ReductiveLabs projects will move onto Redmine in the coming weeks. * What hasn't moved? 1. Wiki The wiki stays puts as part of Trac for the moment. We'll will be migrating that at a later date - all help or indeed someone volunteering to do this would be great. So please edit in place at the current wiki until we make this move. 2. Files The current download locations stay. * Do I need to register again? No. You don't need to register again as almost all users have been migrated from Trac to Redmine. When logging into Redmine your user name remains the same and your password has been reset to "trac". You should sign-in, confirm your current email address is appropriate, your other details are correct and most importantly - RESET YOUR PASSWORD. A very few older users (who have not logged for 12 months or more) may not have migrated but it is a quick and easy process to re-create your user account if this has occurred. * Summary We're working to make the migration as smooth as possible but some bugs are likely to appear. Additionally, there may be some broken links or references to old Trac pages and processes. Please email me directly to mention these and I'll fix them promptly.
