Discussion here - code, examples, bugs, proposed courses of action logged in a ticket. Obviously there will be some overlap. The Development guidelines are just that - guidelines - whatever facilitates the best approach to collaborative development is fine. The only parts of the lifecycle we strongly encourage people to follow is repo management and patch submission. The processes there encourage peer review and discussion prior to us committing. Oh - and tests.
