Also, I think it's worth pointing out that part of the reason I
described the problem as I originally did (that it seemed that content
in the config files overrid command line args and that re-ordering the
code would fix that) was because I changed the value for :default for
the :daemonize entry in /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/puppet/defaults.rb and
noticed that --no-daemonize on the command line never changed the
value that was specified in defaults.rb (with some more debugging
lines). I believe I was running it as root during those tests.
