Possibly but at the moment we're seeing a lot of volatility amongst
code paths that are shared in facter amongst similar but different
OS's. I'd rather have tests that highlight that there are code smells
than no tests for facts.

Well we need to think of how we can get testable facts and
resolutions, the mechanism is probably worth debating.
