Is there a README or something, or should I know what watchr is and
how to use it?
Hmm. There's no readme, of course. :/
It's a replacement for autotest, which by default uses polling to find
changed files and thus is incredibly CPU intensive while idle.
I'll add more info to it and republish, though.
