This sounds great, thanks a ton for putting it together!  I'll try to get
some reviews going, and maybe at some point roll an experimental build of
Puppet Server that uses it so that Eric and others can play with it.

Just to give you a heads up on timelines for things: Puppet4.0/Puppet
Server 2.0 are at the top of the hot list, Puppet Server 1.1/2.1 (mostly
perf/tuning improvements) is after that, but Auth is pretty near the top of
the list after that.  Hopefully we can at least poke a little before then,
though.
