Hey Trevor, I'll reply over on the users list as well, but here it is: As a 
practical matter we're going to have Puppet 3.8 on maintenance and security 
fixes as long as there's a supported PE version that incorporates it. The 
support lifecycle website[1] currently says July 2016 but we're highly 
likely to extend this through the end of December 2016.
