nightlies has generally been builds from both our master and stable 
branches. I'll try to get someone more engaged with this to respond, 
because this may be changing. Following "latest" currently seems a little 
frustrating.

Nightlies was delayed while handling a CVE release of puppet-agent. A new 
nightly build was shipped shortly after your e-mail.
