Hi Gaurav, what are rpm.bin files? I've never heard of that before.
The first hit on google is a description of weird JDK packaging from Oracle, where rpm.bin files are actually self-extracting shell scripts to do their wretched license dance. If that is your use-case, I would run this manually once on a scratch machine, capture the extracted RPM and use that going forward.
