On May 31 at 3:30pm PDT, the puppet#stable branch was accidentally fast
forwarded to the head of master, 3d64d53. Today we noticed the problem, and
at 1:30pm PDT, force pushed the puppet#stable branch back to its earlier
state at 33b929c. If you git pulled from puppet during that time, you may
see problems when you next pull or open a PR against stable.

The fixes for PUP-7543 and PUP-7612 have been reapplied to puppet#stable.

None of the other puppet branches were affected, but please let us know if
you see any problems.
