Currently it is incredibly difficult to determine if a duplicate ticket already exists. If the url of the broken page was an option in redmine then it would be easy to search for all tickets relating to a certain page and determine if a bug has already been reported for specific pages.
There is a 'support url' filter that already exists but it is not accessible from the New Issue tab. http://projects.reductivelabs.com/projects/puppet-docs/issues Comments? suggestions? Am I missing another easy way to find doc tickets based off url?
