Yeah, they are the ones discussed here: zero length files, and some sort of
trailing '/' thing that breaks some clients, or so. The first one scared me
enough that I figured to wait for another release before I looked further.
So, yeah, all the stuff that worried me is being attended to by y'all.

It made it easy for me to stop there that we are presently quite busy on other
issues, so upgrading is desirable-but-not-essential at this point.
