Couple of questions. Firstly, what's the plugin error about?

Secondly, I think puppet is smoking crack. Why is it telling me that
it can't manage files of type fifo when that is not what the manifest
has? The manifest has:
file {
'/var/lib/nagios3/rw':
owner => 'nagios',
group => 'www-data',
mode => '0750';
}
The fifo file is IN the rw directory....
