If the speaker's contact information has not been published, there's probably a good reason why. I'd suggest something along the lines of:
"Hi, I am trying to reach _______ about their Presentation at PuppetConf. If you are __________, can you please contact me off-line? I have a few questions and can be reached at the following email address: _________ " -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group.
