Dear all, I just upgraded the OS of my PuppetMaster from Debian Squeeze to Wheezy (on AWS/EC2) and since then all the clients hangs at: Info: Caching certificate_revocation_list for ca
and then eventually fails with Timeout error. I think, it did work until I rebooted the Master. In addition, I did "puppet cert clean" on the master for that particular node and removed the ssl directory from the agent (so that it asks for a new certificate) and ran puppet agent -tv and it fails with these: Info: Creating a new SSL key for ip-10-0-8-43.eu-west-1.compute.internal > Info: Caching certificate for ca > Info: Creating a new SSL certificate request for > ip-10-0-8-43.eu-west-1.compute.internal > Info: Certificate Request fingerprint (SHA256): > 32:0E:84:F3:EA:8D:49:48:43:85:08:55:64:6D:F8:D5:A1:E7:73:4F:82:70:7B:0B:B1:7F:E5:A4:F4:35:7A:ED > Info: Caching certificate for ip-10-0-8-43.eu-west-1.compute.internal > Info: Caching certificate_revocation_list for ca > Error: Failed to apply catalog: Timeout::Error > Any idea what am I missing? This thing is stopping me form upgrading the OS on the PuppetMaster for long. JFI, using Puppet v3.3.2, if that important. Amy help is greatly appreciated.
