Hi Spencer,

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pro-Puppet-Edition-Professional-Apress/dp/1430260408/
still shows a ship date of 31st March 2014. Is this just a mistake on
their part? (I'm in the UK, hence looking at their UK site). If the
shipping date is accurate, I'd settle for a non-kindle electronic format,
but Amazon obviously don't do such a thing.

Apress offer a PDF, which I could get for $41.99, or if I buy the dead-tree
copy for $59.99 I could get the PDF for an additional $10. So, what I
thought of doing was to order the dead-tree copy then order the 'companion'
PDF for $10 so that I could start reading while I wait for delivery.
However, the companion order process appears to want me to have the
dead-tree version in front of me to ensure I have actually bought it :-(

So, in short, I'm after the quickest way of getting my hands on the book
but also trying to maximise value for money. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt.
