Can you paste the full error in a gist (with surrounding content as well) instead of just putting it in a subject line?
If you can run the failing component with --debug so we can see more verbose output next to the error that might be also useful. If this error is being logged by your master, you should run the master using --no-daemonize and --debug perhaps. ken.
