Would like to upgrade Ruby to the latest. To make everything on my puppet server happy I need to remove the Ruby 1.8.7 that YUM installed.
When I run 'yum erase ruby' it looks like it will also remove puppet, puppetdb, and so on. If I follow through with this: - will a reinstall of puppet and puppetdb use the upgraded ruby? - will they behave like they do now?
