Hi,
It's because you are using "refreshonly => true,". In order to work, you
need to use something like this after you includes:
Class['bacula::config'] ~>
Class['bacula::exec']
If you want your exec to run after configuration changes.
Or remove the refreshonly parameter if you want it to run always.
