Its possible but not by Puppet OpenSource itself, Puppet OpenSource is just the configuration management. For provisioning, you need a complete lifecycle management tool. You can choose between:
- Foreman (OpenSource and free) - Puppet Enterprise Iam using Puppet together with Foreman. We are provisioning CentOS and Windows Server from scratch on VMWare and Amazaon Cloud.
