i tried on an old celeron 1200 (toshiba satellite) 1.6.1 works fine 1.7.1 launched fine but I can't play any song, duration is not displayed, no error message and mixxx freezes hard if i change preferences. But that's an old computer and i know mixxx doesn't support well this kind of hardware.
