it does the same on another computer (celeron 1200)
xfconfd and dbus-daemon process are the most cpu consumer during that time

on the same machine, i tried closing the keyboard panel and it does the
same next time i open it and to be precise when I untick "use the system
defaults" or choose another keyboard layout

Bug description:
when I use the builtin GUI app to change keyboard mapping, it freezes the 
keyboard+mouse for a few seconds.
I noticed xorg process goes up to 75% CPU then.

it's fine when I do it by CLI : setxkbmap fr
