Regarding LP: #506921 - I moved the cinelerra hook into storage - too
big for liveCD, but we want it on liveDVD for sure..
So we have the nightmare scenario of divergent hook requirements.

processing is big so we just provide basic package on cd
on the dvd we want to have processing-all-the-extras but processing is
installed via the java hook
so... whats the best way of dealing with this
