When running vim for the first time, it says "do you want to enable the
scvim add-on?" - because vim-addon-manager keeps it uninstalled until
explicitly asked for. This is fine. But for the live user it would be
better to have it already activated. This simply needs a hook which runs
this line (for the live user):

    vim-addons install supercollider
