Bug description:
we need to update the kdenlive packages to 0.7.6 as the version in karmic is
way out of date and buggy:
http://www.kdenlive.org/user-manual/downloading-and-installing-kdenlive/pre-compiled-packages/ubuntu-packages
its possible to copy to the packages to the puredyne-team ppa from the ppa
mentioned on this site. this is a major bugfix release that we should include
in order for kdenlive to be usable at all.
