The content from the trac

needs to be migrated to
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Puredyne
Quite a lot has been done already, but the trac wiki pages need to be wiped or
marked deprecated and locked after transfer (not sure if this has been done for
the content on the wikibook yet).
