rename broth profiles
Status in broth - the mother of all soups:

Bug description:
the default working dir renamed to broth instead of puredyne
(broth-build-ARCH )
the -o CUSTOM option made more open. so it can take a package list
file from the command line.
./broth.sh -o FOO will expect a packagelist called broth-FOO
