pd-pduino external

Bug description:
it would be realy nice to have pduino external included with pd in puredyne
(for workshops we'll be doing here in 2 weeks)
and do be able to bypass the arduino ide.
pd-extended includes it but we don't want to install that as it would
conflict with the pd on puredyne.
