Just tried http://puredyne.restruct.org/gazpacho/puredyne-1010-gazpacho- CD-i386-beta.iso
Same problem. Upon booting from LIve CD, it says "pwconv: failed to change the mode of /etc/passwd- to 0600 Then, booting from the installed partition, it says it cannot read "/etc/udev/rules.d/z80-user.rules" However I doubt that's an issue since my working Puredyne 9.10 (or 9.11?) has this same warning upon boot. I'm currently trying to find what files I need to change on this partition in order for this to work. Anybody know? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of puredyne team, which is the registrant for broth. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/811557 Title: ubuiqity does not create new user Status in broth - the mother of all soups: Confirmed Status in Puredyne liveCD/DVD/USB/HD: Confirmed Bug description: having fixed the installer - i now see that no new user gets created once the system is installed - having entered username and password as part of the install process, this information does not get used and the system is left with one user autologing in - lintian To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/broth/+bug/811557/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~puredyne-team Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~puredyne-team More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
