please write a bit about what this does and some rationale behind the whole thing, doesn't have to be much, but as of now there is nothing here, which is definitively not enough ;-)
I'd be fine with a dedicated repo, we can then declare a Pre-Depends on this in pve-manager and add the migration there in a d/postinst. Please follow-up with such a patch.
