Maybe the windows size is different, or nttcp make more parallelism (-P in 
ipperf).

I think parallelism speed up receive offload (rss), on multi core guest.


I'll do test with win2008R2 today

On same VMs, using Using ntttcp i get 157MB/s! So seems there is something 
wrong with ipperf.
