Just found this:

seem that qemu 2.0 have an optimisation for usb-tablet, to disable/enable
polling of usb device when needed only.
Should work out of the box for new windows created vms, but for old vms, this
require to delete 2 reg keys
HLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\usbflags
HLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB
to reinstall the drivers.
