Both ;) If people are good in english, they will choose english . I've noticed than many strings are not translated in different languages and people seldom complain about that. So I was wondering if the translations are actually used, or it's just that people get use to have a partially translated interface. BTW if people are reading this and want to improve translation in their own language, I'd like to point out it does not require special programming knowledge since you just need to edit a .po file with the GUI tool poedit.
