Well, etcnet is a bit older. Proper support for systemd-networkd can
appear in ALT Linux in the future.

In fact, systemd-networkd is also another reason to accept refactoring
network configuration
code to be more abstract.

The patch I proposed is the most trivial. In the future, I'd like to
propose a few more patches
as both systemd-networkd and etcnet do not have one single file as
/etc/net/interfaces
and it is better to hide their differences in a bit more abstract API.
