Hi,
We recently had some issues with our backups to NFS storage. It was
because of NFS mount option "soft", reverting to hard seems to have
fixed the issue.
I don't think this is related to your issue, though.
What PVE version? (pveversion -v)
If access to NFS server good and stable?

I could not finish backup since can not keep this vm down for a long time.
I need to schedule for a maintenance window soon.
Is there any diagnostic I can run on the VM or the entire storage to
check if there is some logic or hardware failure ?
