If you have a common networked storage for the two cluster, for example an NFS server (and clearly you can also setup a temprary one...) you can simply move disks to the NFS server, in 'live migration', then shut off the machine on old cluster, move the .conf file from old to new cluster and start them, then move the disk from NFS to the destination storage, again with live migration. In this way, you can keep the downtime to some seconds.
